TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR SESSION. UPON BOOKING YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING.

We, (Wild Pawz Secure Dog Walking field) expect you (the client but referred to hereafter as ’you’) to read, understand and agree to the terms of conditions before attending the location.

Wild Pawz Secure Dog Walking Field do not take any responsibility and are not liable for the injury or death of you, attendees with you or your dog/s whilst anywhere within our location, this includes the carpark, field or any of our property. You will be expected to have public liability insurance for your dog which should be included in your pet insurance. We take no responsibility and are not liable for the injury or death of you, attendees with you or any dog/s whilst using any of the equipment, canine enrichment areas or any area within our property.

Sometimes owners leave parts of toys behind, we go every day to collect what we can find but can not be held responsible if your dog consumes anything that has been left behind after we have left. It is your responsibility to ensure that your dog does not consume any items whilst in the field.

You may cancel or rearrange but must give 24hours notice or the booking fee will not be refunded.

We check the perimeter fences once a day but if you have a dog that can jump higher than the fences or dig under them please consider if this is the correct place for you as we take no responsibility for escapees. 

Please be aware that there are gardens from private properties backing onto one side, therefore be considerate and, as much as you can, don’t let your dog bark. 

Do not let your dog off the lead until you are in the field and please check before you do that the people using it before you have left. If they have not done, please retreat and call 07875970705.

You are fully responsible for any damage caused by your dogs to any equipment or fencing. Do not place your dog onto the equipment, these are there for them to try at their own leisure. We have running water and will provide bowls, you use these entirely at your own risk.

Please be aware that this field is surrounded by agricultural land and if you have a dog that you cannot control around livestock and will do anything to attack them this may not be the place for you.

There may be sticks, stones etc on the ground and it is uneven so please wear appropriate footwear. One side of the car park may occasionally have agricultural vehicles driving through, please be aware and only walk from your car to the field. 

Pick up your dog’s poo, if you don’t, you will be banned.

Toys are inspected for wear and tear daily but we are not liable if one is damaged and a dog becomes injured.

Dogs must be vaccinated to use the field.

Do not bring your dog to the field for at least 48 hours after they have suffered a contagious illness. 

Cars are parked at owners’ own risk.

We cannot be held responsible if your pets escape from the field, we have endeavoured to make it secure.

We cannot be held responsible if another person and/or dog/s enter the field during your session. We have made it clear that sessions are to be booked. Retreat put your dog/s on a lead and call 07875970705 if this happens.

Be aware that, like anywhere, there will be holes dug by dogs. We will not be held responsible if yourself or dog injures themselves due to holes or uneven ground.
